Agreement to Terms
By registering for an account with BushBet at bushbet.com, you confirm
that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and
BushBet Pty Ltd, a company incorporated in Australia. If you do not
agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Eligibility
To use BushBet you must be at least 18 years of age; be a resident of a
state or territory where online wagering is lawfully permitted; not be
subject to a self-exclusion order from BushBet or via the BetStop
National Self-Exclusion Register; and have the legal capacity to enter
into binding contracts. We reserve the right to request proof of age and
identity at any time.
Account Registration and Security
You may only hold one BushBet account. Duplicate accounts may result in
the forfeiture of winnings and permanent suspension. You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and
for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us
immediately at

if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is $10.00. Minimum withdrawal is $20.00. All funds must
be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name —
third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals are processed to the
same method used for deposit where possible. BushBet reserves the right
to perform identity verification prior to processing withdrawals and to
apply transaction limits in accordance with AML/CTF obligations.
Betting Rules
All bets are placed and settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). Bets are
only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a
reference number. BushBet reserves the right to void any bet placed due
to obvious pricing errors, system faults, or corrupt data feeds. Once a
bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except where the Cash Out
feature is available and active for that market.
Multi Bets and Same Game Multis
Multi (parlay) bets combine two or more selections, with winnings from
each leg reinvested into the next. All legs must win for the multi to be
successful. Same Game Multis combine selections from the same event;
these carry additional risk as correlated outcomes may reduce value.
BushBet reserves the right to limit same game multi combinations.
Promotions and Bonus Bets
All promotions are subject to specific Terms and Conditions displayed
alongside each offer. Bonus bets cannot be withdrawn as cash; only
winnings generated from bonus bets may be withdrawn. BushBet reserves
the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Abuse
of promotions, including the use of multiple accounts to claim offers,
will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: using automated software or bots;
exploiting pricing errors or system vulnerabilities; match fixing, spot
fixing, or any form of cheating; money laundering or any activity that
breaches AML/CTF laws; sharing account credentials or acting on behalf
of another person; using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic
restrictions; placing bets with knowledge of information that is not
publicly available (insider information); and creating multiple
accounts.
Intellectual Property
All content on bushbet.com including text, graphics, logos, data, and
software is the property of BushBet Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may
not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our
express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, BushBet's total
liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall
not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the preceding 30 days.
BushBet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any
disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of New South Wales.
